Customer Review: My wife's favorite household tool!

I got a Bissell SpotBot for my wife about a year ago and it has become just about her favorite household cleaning tool - she absolutely LOVES it! We have 2 larger dogs (Boxers) and even though they are well-trained, once in a while we wind up being gone unexpectedly for many hours and one of the dogs has to go on the carpet. Or they will track in something from the outside, such as when it is raining. Or our grandkids will spill something when they are visiting. The spot bot takes care of those small stain areas in a hurry, with no fuss whatsoever. The chemicals are easily obtained from Walmart and it isn't that heavy for my wife to carry around, despite having had back surgery. She would not trade her SpotBot for anything and I like it because it keeps the repeat visits from the carpet cleaners to a minimum. If you have kids or animals, this is a valuable tool to have!
