After 3 years of usage my steam started leaking water and got my floor very wet. I thought I might need a new mop but after I changed the filter, the problem's fixed. Just remember always use distilled water, it will last longer.Customer Review: steam mop filter

I ordered the filter and it arrived promply. I was hoping my filter was bad and that's why my mop no longer worked, but that wasn't the problem so I can't rate the filter, but the service was great
