I bought this product just a little over 1 year ago. The warranty is now void. I went to use it again before xmas and it would not spray. I took the whole thing apart and put it back together. No water comes out. I had my husband take at it and he said the pump was not working. Obviously I need to get it repaired. I only used it 3 times and so at $250 that cost me $83 a cleaning. That was just for my living room floor. Now either I have to pay to get it repaired or just rent the professional cleaners. While it was working, it did a decent job. The only issue I had was getting all the excess pet hair out of the machine as it clogs everywhere. I even vacuumed first, so it picks up hair you don't remove with the vacuum. You would think since it says "PET" it would enable you to clean out the pet hair easier.I am so mad I will never buy another Bissell product. I think all the good reviews you read are those who have not used it several times! It doesn't last!!!!!
