Sweeps great except every time I used it the handle disconnected at the head. Bissell online customer service said I should have contacted them before returning it to Walmart. In my opinion there is nothing they could do except replace it with a new one with the same poorly designed handle. Also said they are not aware of any problems with the handle, perhaps they should read Amazon reviews.
