I am not a complainer, but I can't say enough bad things about this vacuum. I read the many positive reviews and bought one without hesitation. What a waste of money! Hope you don't make the same mistake I did! Cheaply made - always clogs - dust gets all over it - plastic hose holder broke off. We just threw it out. We are going to buy an electrolux. You really do get what you pay for!
