The only negative is the large usage of cleaner to perform either of the 2 cycles. Easy to use. We have a ailing pet in the house. It beats handcleaning the entire mess leaving a much cleaner carpet. I also have successfully used my favorite spot carpet cleaner on the carpet and water in the Spotbot when short of the suggested cleaning fluids.Customer Review: I LOVE this!

I bought it based on positive reviews, and was not disappointed. I mainly use the manual attachment. Hot water alone with this attachment can be used to clean dirt from an area of carpet, but the machine is also efficient at removing spots using the deep cleaner.Customer Review: I can't live without it!

I love this little carpet cleaner. Its lightweight so it's not a pain to move around, but it still does an amazing job. The tank doesn't hold a lot of water/solution, but its really easy to fill so I don't mind having to refill the tank. I love the hands-free option, just set it on a spot and it does all the work. This option tends to leave the spot pretty wet so i go over it a couple times with the hose. I had some spots in my carpet that I couldn't get out, even when i rented a carpet cleaner, but this machine got them out the first time I used it. I really recommend the oxy gen2 cleaner, it works wonders!
