The picture and description is deceiving. I thought that I was buying the Bissell that was on display at Wallmart. The picture and description fit. Wallmart did not restock their shelves fast enough, so I thought I was buying the same Bissell Cleaner and saving $10 in the meantime. This on-line version is a much smaller version of the cleaner, with half the power, and the tank capactity does not hold 1/2 gallon as advertised. If you want to continously fill and empty tanks, then buy this one. Otherwise, go to Wallmart and get a much better deal on a larger capacity, Larger rollers, and more powerful amp machine for $10 more.Customer Review: Dynamite machine

I have a large Bissell steamer but was tired of lugging it around, bending to turn the dial to wash or rinse and trying to clean the debris out with a long stick. Chose this machine because of it's size and ease of operation. Is my cleaner of choice now. Quick fill and empty. No automatic rinse but doesn't appear to build up soap. Brush and cover is easy to take apart, clean and put back. Foot pedals for on and off and handle release. Works well.Customer Review: Easy

I purchased this cleaner after checking on what was available for quick clean. I love it because it is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and cleans up quickly. Probably not for large areas of carpeting, but does an excellent job on high traffic areas.Customer Review: Easy to handle, did a great job

On some plush carpet in serious need of cleaning. We only have two carpeted rooms. I knew that if I called a cleaning company for just that much carpet I would get rooked. Why not invest in this well reviewed cleaner and have it at my beck and call? (Especially since we added a pup last summer. He's small but still drags in the dirt!)
Why not indeed. Already an EXCELLENT investment, and exactly what I expected it to be based on the customer reviews here.
It's a breeze to use, has just as much power as I would expect for a machine of this size, and did a beautiful job. What more can you ask.
I was floored by the amount of debris the power brush got up even after very thorough pre vacuuming with my Orek.
My only admonition is take your time as you go over the carpet to remove the solution. It performs much better than moving in a hurry.
Very pleased with this purchase.

The quicksteamer was extremely easy to use and performed as well as any rental unit I've had. I used the steamer to remove carpet dirt and pet stains. It performed exceptionally well in both areas. I was also impressed how easy it was to clean the retention container.
