I originally bought the Oreck Steemclean, but was very disappointed in build quality & performance - took it back within 24 hours of purchase. So now the search was on to find a better carpet cleaner. Did quite a bit of research and read lots of reviews. Decided to purchase the Bissell, and could not be happier. Cleaned the couches which I had previously cleaned with the Oreck, and this Bissell pulled out more dirt! Cleaned a set of stairs - they now look new! Great build quality, nice features, powerful, easy to use & set-up, easy to clean, no complaints.
