I am in between with this product. Bissell normally makes excellent products but this one is just so-so. I have hardwood floors in my home but the majority of my home has carpet. Unlike the description (carpet cleaner), machine works better on hardwood floors. When i tried to use the machine on the rest of the house, the machine was just sub par on carpets. I haven't tried on rugs yet. So if you have a house that is majority hardwood floors i would highly recommend this one.
